How do I make an appointment?
Call to schedule an appointment or request an appointment through the MyChart app. We have limited same-day appointments.
Many people in the community need affordable, accessible health care services. Therefore, we insist on a 48-hour notice if a patient needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We will send a text and/or email 3 days before your appointment. If you do not confirm, your appointment will be cancelled.
